2 Sites

Richelle and I are so grateful for all of you who frequent our site. You have given us the opportunity to continue in a "hobby" that we love, and in the process we have been able to meet some great people, some in person at shows and conferences, others through the internet. Thanks to you, our business has grown dramatically in the two years since we made that first batch of soap, and we're still having a great time.

I've begun this second site for two reasons...

First, www.va-soaps.c om is so much easier to enter into your browser than www.virginiasoapsandscents.c o m , although both sites will be kept active for the forseeable future.

Second, there have been a few things I've wanted to do with our site that I haven't been able to do because of the type server we're using at the original site. (I'm actually pretty clueless about that aspect of things, but my son, Sam, who has a degree in ones and zeros, tells me it's so. Who am I to question such wisdom??)

At any rate, we'll do a transition from one to the other in a slow, methodic manner.

I realize that many of you out there probably have the wherewithall to tell me how I can accomplish this task in a much more efficient manner, and that's fine. I'm teachable. This site, however, is the first (and only) website I've ever made, and I learn as I go along, so be patient with me!!
